CRISTOL<\/em>, chef de service de biochimie \u2013 CHU de Montpellier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9vention et traitement de la maladie r\u00e9nale chronique<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Dr GILBERT<\/em>, n\u00e9phrologue \u2013 CH de B\u00e9ziers et AIDER SANT\u00c9 Montpellier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9vention et traitement des cardiopathies<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Dr BERDAGUE<\/em>, cardiologue \u2013 B\u00e9ziers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectifs de la r\u00e9union<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partager les connaissances actualis\u00e9es sur la <strong>maladie r\u00e9nale chronique<\/strong> et les <strong>pathologies cardiaques<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diffuser les recommandations de d\u00e9pistage et de prise en charge,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favoriser le dialogue interprofessionnel entre m\u00e9decins, IPA et autres acteurs de sant\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer le parcours de soins des patients du territoire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informations
