{"id":537,"date":"2026-03-11T12:41:40","date_gmt":"2026-03-11T11:41:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cpts-ouest-herault.fr\/?p=537"},"modified":"2026-03-11T12:41:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T11:41:41","slug":"le-sommeil-un-pilier-essentiel-de-la-sante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpts-ouest-herault.fr\/index.php\/2026\/03\/11\/le-sommeil-un-pilier-essentiel-de-la-sante\/","title":{"rendered":"Le sommeil : un pilier essentiel de la sant\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retour sur la pr\u00e9sentation de la CPTS Ouest H\u00e9rault<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>CPTS Ouest H\u00e9rault<\/strong> propose une courte vid\u00e9o de sensibilisation au sommeil pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par la Dre Laurence Safont. \u00c0 travers cette intervention, l\u2019objectif est de rappeler pourquoi le sommeil constitue un <strong>\u00e9l\u00e9ment fondamental de notre sant\u00e9 physique et mentale<\/strong>, et d\u2019expliquer les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un sommeil insuffisant ou de mauvaise qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le sommeil est-il si important ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sommeil est l\u2019un des <strong>trois grands piliers de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, au m\u00eame titre que l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique. Il permet au corps et au cerveau de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, de r\u00e9guler les fonctions hormonales et de consolider la m\u00e9moire. Un sommeil r\u00e9parateur contribue \u00e9galement au bon fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, \u00e0 la gestion du stress et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez l\u2019adulte, les experts recommandent en moyenne <strong>7 \u00e0 9 heures de sommeil par nuit<\/strong> pour maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9 globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un manque de sommeil de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 son importance, le sommeil est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9 dans nos modes de vie modernes. En France, les enqu\u00eates montrent que <strong>de nombreux adultes dorment moins que la dur\u00e9e recommand\u00e9e<\/strong>, parfois moins de six heures par nuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette situation peut avoir plusieurs causes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stress et charge mentale,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>usage des \u00e9crans le soir,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rythmes de vie irr\u00e9guliers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>travail tardif ou horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le long terme, un manque de sommeil peut augmenter les risques de <strong>troubles cardiovasculaires, de diab\u00e8te, d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, de d\u00e9pression ou encore d\u2019accidents li\u00e9s \u00e0 la fatigue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Journ\u00e9e nationale du sommeil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, la <strong>Journ\u00e9e nationale du sommeil<\/strong>, initi\u00e9e par l\u2019Institut national du sommeil et de la vigilance, vise \u00e0 sensibiliser le grand public \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019un sommeil de qualit\u00e9 et aux cons\u00e9quences du manque de sommeil sur la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement rappelle que bien dormir n\u2019est pas un luxe, mais une <strong>condition essentielle pour pr\u00e9server sa sant\u00e9 et son bien-\u00eatre au quotidien<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelques conseils pour mieux dormir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adopter de bonnes habitudes peut am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>conserver des horaires de coucher et de lever r\u00e9guliers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>limiter l\u2019exposition aux \u00e9crans avant le coucher,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>privil\u00e9gier un environnement calme, sombre et frais dans la chambre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9viter les excitants (caf\u00e9, alcool, nicotine) en fin de journ\u00e9e,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une d\u00e9marche de pr\u00e9vention port\u00e9e par la CPTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En partageant cette vid\u00e9o, la <strong>CPTS Ouest H\u00e9rault<\/strong> souhaite rappeler l\u2019importance de la pr\u00e9vention et encourager chacun \u00e0 prendre soin de son sommeil.
